They were so Optimistic and great customer service. Mr. Ray& Mrs. Shauntay were so polite, I got approved instantly and made my payments reasonable for me. Thank you guys so much for the help. I ended up getting a washer & dryer and a sectional sofa can’t wait for it to get delivered.

I have had nothing but issues with this store! I have had a loaner piece for over a month bc of a simple fix on mine. Horrible customer service they don’t know what they are doing! They say one thing and do something different and take your money after they agree on a payment arrangement. My dryer has been with them for over a month yes they gave me a loaner one but i have made 3 payments on MY dryer that has been with them for a month and a half now. Livid is an understatement
My girlfriend was set to have a bed delivered to her apartment as she is a paying customer and the staff that she spoke to over the phone was laughing at her for asking questions about her bed being delivered. I find that highly unprofessional and demeaning towards her, she called me very upset about it. We will no longer do business here.
DON'T DO IT! Was supposed to be new but the one delivered is used and super loud. I needed a washing machine badly. I went to Aaron's because it was SUPPOSED to be 120 days same as cash. This is not true. They add multiple small things in each payment so your extra $50 you pay in the middle of the month, only about $20 is applied. Same with monthly payments. They are super nice when they are trying to sell you something. Rude when you start questioning where your money was put because it says applied to account, but interest. 120 days Same as Cash means if you paid it all today. Otherwise, there's interest.
Hi guy's I m your local guide I was shopping for a bedroom set for a friend. I was created at the door trying to compare prices at other stores. So the young gentlemen left me to wonder an look. The store is kinda small to sell furniture. I did see one I like but it was not in his budget. The store was nice an quite, clean too. The prices was not to high as you will see in my pic. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
