This place is awful, not willing to make a deal because I live too far away and tried to offer me used electronics. Also if you live more than 45 mins away you can't rent. Very disappointed. Go to rent-a-center for better service and deals.

Tried to give this place zero stars but can’t!! The Fort Morgan,CO Aaron’s is rude and very disrespectful. I order a washer and dryer on April 19th 2023 and here we are on may 4th 2023 and still have not received my order. I called store and was polite and was told that they were going to cancel my order because I was so called “threatening” I have talked to the regional manager and he was even more rude saying once again I was “threatening “ him. I never not once threatened these people. They do not like to be held account for their actions. This store is no good DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

They have no clue what they are doing. The "Managers" can't even update a simple file. I never miss a payment yet they still harass you for their faults in not updating a file. Need to find better mangment when I first started my leases in about February or March 2021 the manger then was good and polite.
