Derek and the black woman who is an account manager are both very heartless. I am going through a tough time financially but have never been more than 3 weeks behind my scheduled payment. They acted as if I haven’t made a payment in months. They were extremely short when talking with me. They are incredibly rude and speak to you with a condescending tone. I wish I could give 0 stars. Edit - 7/28 I sent an email almost a week ago and have not received a response. It seems their response to my review is just an act to make it seem like they care about their customers.

I just moved here from another state and I have dealt with Aaron’s before in the past but never this bad service. I ordered a stove paid for shipping. It was suppose to be a few days for them to deliver it. It’s been two weeks. Every time “I” call the driver is out sick. They haven’t called me to schedule another date, I’ve called corporate, no help. I’ve asked for the regional manager to call me back and no one has called. Do yourself a favor and just go to Rent a Center. This place is trash. And the company could care less how you are treated.

Hello. I just wanted to reach out to tell you about my experience with the current store my account is located. First off, this store authorizes my card without consent. So upon calling them to collect my payment today, I simply asked, “are you allowed to authorize my card without consent”. This gentleman told me I was trying to start stuff and antagonizing me over the payment. Repeatedly telling me the same things over and over again. The whole conversation was a lot to take in. But from beginning till the end, if you listen to all the calls that I made even after I was hung up on, I was handled unprofessionally. Please reach out to that store and let them know this is not how business is conducted. I am a loyal customer and I should always be treated as such. Thank you for your time!
