This place is terrible. They have NO sense of customer service. They insult you if you are a bit on the heavy side. I was told in no uncertain words that I was too fat to sit on their couches because the couch broke 2 weeks after we got them and when I went to let them know, they made NO effort to fix or replace them. They pretty much said I was stuck with the couch and I still had to pay for it. The worst part about it is that I was speaking to the "so called" manager

This place is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever rented from. I am a disabled woman and DSSI cut my income so I was unable to pay for this month and Aaron’s said they needed to take the washer and dryer. I understand that if I don’t pay they have to take the objects back so I agreed. The first time they came to pick it up the dropped a flyer off at my steps knocked and ran off. Then when I called you guys had no recollection of the matter and spoke to me very rudely over the phone . Today they were supposed to come pick up the washer and dryer and the staff was completely rude and unpleasant from the beginning. As he grabbed the washer he also decided to splash water all over my walls and floor. Now I have to try to make sure I clean it properly so no mold forms in the walls so thanks. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Extremely rude customer service from the manager Gina. I am a first time customer, had questions about the dryer they were delivering to me because it had scratches on it & was already unboxed when it arrived, also had water splashes on the back of it…I ordered a new one so of course I was concerned. I asked her about it & she was so rude to me instead of trying to either discount it for being scratched up or order me a new one. Also, the attachments weren’t in the truck so it couldn’t be hooked up & I let her know.. she proceeded to tell me that it’s the drivers fault. The drivers that hooked up the washer & fridge were great! Very nice & accommodating … but the manager was so rude to me & talked over me the whole time via phone call. I don’t recommend this store because of her. Who talks to their customers that way because of a concern!

I gave them two stars because they won't help me with my tv after it's paid off. My tv shows a blank screen. It all started with a line right down the middle of my tv. Then it started to show one half black and white, and the other color. I put up with it for a week. Then all of a sudden the screen goes blank. It will not show a picture or make a sound. The only thing that you can see is the red light on the left lower corner.
