If I could leave ZERO stars I would because BRENDA is the most unprofessional and DISRESPECTFUL customer service person I have EVER dealt with. I would never recommend Rent-A-Center to anyone EVER because of HER and I have been a long time customer. We all fall on hard times from time to time so we do what we gotta do to get by. I am a single mom of 3 with no help from anyone and I do the best I can. Dealing with this person though, BRENDA, it isnā€™t even worth it. Sheā€™s vile. Got a chip on her shoulder and wants to make everyone else pay for her own inner misery. Some people are just rotten and wanna make everyone else feel their pain. Sheā€™s one of those. However, everyone else at this store - EXCLUDING BRENDA- are amazing!!! Great to talk to. Excellent service!! Very capable. Honestly, I just feel bad they have to work for her, as Iā€™m sure they do, too. I canā€™t wait to pay off my stuff and never have to interact with the likes of her ever again.

Stay away from this place at all cost. They harass you over the phone and theyā€™ll even come to your work. Their customer service sucks. They damage my sofa while delivering them. They switched store managers every couple months that says a lot right there I would give this place is zero

Been a customer of this location for over a year now. Overall, we have a functional relationship. Iā€™ve been late on payments, and when I communicate, the leadership has mostly been accommodating for me. I want to thank them for that part. Reading these reviews makes me feel fortunate I donā€™t have the problems others have faced with their furniture. BUT recently Iā€™ve suffered damage on my 75ā€ tv they refused to fix (physical damage). So I got a new one and they wanna charge me half of whatā€™s left on the damaged tv plus the cost of the new tv šŸ˜‚. Thereā€™s more: Mira quotes me $24-something on the phone for the new tv then sends a contract quoting me damn near $40! I wonā€™t complain because I want a working tv in my home, right? Right. So we set a delivery time of noon but the drivers didnā€™t show until hours later. Not sure what their communication is like, but the drivers donā€™t know where theyā€™re going. Canā€™t find my complex let alone my apartment; itā€™s a mess! But it gets even better. When they finally arrive to my apartment. They bring in the new TV still in the box. I thought they help with set up and stuff. There was none of that. They asked me where I wanted the tv as if they didnā€™t know to set it up. I sent them on their way unhappy with the service provided to me and now Iā€™m contemplating asking them to take both TVs back and I just pay the sectional because maybe Aaronā€™s will execute better than thisā€¦

I just want to say this store has really improved, since Marquise has become the Manager. Marquise, Nate, and Mira or a great team. They always help me with anything I need.
