I don’t know how this company runs it’s business but I am very disappointed how I’ve been treated. First they lie about me getting an item then tell me I can get items after payments are made. I make all my payments and was denied the item for no reason. They are very discriminatory towards certain people I believe and I don’t plan on doing business this place after today. Running good paying customers off is not good business practice and I think that is why they have bad reviews. After today I felt very discriminated against and didn’t feel welcomed here. How do you do people like this especially ones that pay on time. This is very disturbing and I don’t recommend anyone to be lied to by this company or their staff especially when trying to get items that you have purchasing power.
Hector is good people he helped me when I came out of jail when I was late 2 payments he made it work and helped me with my contract this rent a center is very veryyy good I will recommend to anyone ask for hector
THE NON STOP CALLS ARE RIDICULOUS! On the day you are due they will call you back to back to the point you start believing am I actually late. I went in for new products which only worked for 6 months and then gave me used products for almost the full time of the purchase and had me still pay full price no discount for the inconvenience just the constant calls for payment. The people will literally laugh at you when you ask them not to call so much. They are going to tell you I will put it n the notes and I’m guessing it’s not seen by anyone because they will call again. The manager is going to give you all the fake promises just to smooth it over for the payments then it goes right back to the same thing! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!
I am experiencing some concerns with the service provided by Rent-A-Center employees. Despite being informed that I would receive a call to schedule the delivery of my black chaise 3 pc onyx couch, which I ordered online with a 3-7 business day delivery timeframe, it has been 10 days and I have not received a call. I would like to request a call with the boss, not the manager, to discuss this further. I do not like being lied to. Numerous employees are unprofessional and unorganized. I wish there different R- A- Center nearby.
Hector and staff are outstanding! Making the entire process easy and very patient to answer any questions or concerns you may have and I am truly happy with my sectional couch purchase and even worked with me on the coffee and side tables giving me the full! Set up. :D The delivery was on time and efficient. Overall outstanding!
Hector Was absolutely phenomenal. He made it painless. He offered help with choosing the right furniture for my place. He helped me out with the out the door costs. When I say absolutely perfect experience. I left after I made the first payment and went to get a haircut and not even a full haircut it was less than an hour and by time I got home the delivery people were there. I walked into Rent-A-Center at about 11:00am and was fully set up and ready to go in my house before 2pm. Never have I ever had such an amazing experience in my life. I recommend this location to Anyone. Go see Hector and his crew!
