Orlando and his teammate did a fantastic job bringing my living room, tv, and dining room up safely in my home. Both were friendly and courteous keep up the great work guys!

If you want on time delivery, patient and understanding people this is the place. I finally got.my furniture delivered today after me canceling four times. Eric and Roger are both GREAT to work with especially Eric. Orlando and Lindo are great with delivery. Very friendly and caring as well. Looking forward in doing business with this store.

Rent-A-Center Store 0466 12100 Verterans Memorial Dr Houston TX 77067 Online ORDER Date 8/23 I never received a call about my order, I had to call after my item didn't get delivered in the window of 1-3pm 8/24. Then I was told to go in-store to complete my online order and needing a copy of my Drivers license, social security card, 4 pay stubs 4 reference. I went did not give my social. Then I'm told sir we cant deliver your item till Monday 8/26. I Call the store at 2pm 8/26 to confirm delivery just to be told "Sorry Mr Winston we forgot to call you, your item is defective but can offer a replacement if you want." I offered to look into a replacement and headed to the store. Once at the store I find the replacement item the LG Xboom XL9T brand new in a box. We tested it out and was happy. The sales guy said come back tomorrow and I'll have my manager swap it out in the system and apply the deal that I had. I signed up with the 50% off of any single item. On 8/27 1pm I call the store to confirm pick up....again I CALL THE STORE DUE TO NO COMMUNICATION FROM MY HOME STORE. the sales guy says "hey Mr Winston I forgot to call you, your item is ready but we can't apply the discount you had cause the offer expired." This is told to me after he told me it would be replaced and original discount from my original order would be applied. Now I'm out the device I ordered, I'm out my initial payment of $38, I have a payment due in 4 days, I'm now 2 days from being able to cancel and no device in my possession. I contacted customer care. They took down a report and sent it to the district manager. It's now 8/28 and no call from the district manager or store. I'm out money and have done everything on my part but RENT A CENTER has still been able to man up to their part of the agreement, DELIVERY OF MERCHANDISE ORDERED along with price and deal on the agreement. This has been one heck of an experience for what should be a simple transaction. It's 2024 and can't believe the way organizations like this can still operate profitably. All of this just to buy a party speaker for my dad's birthday party, taking advantage of the offered deal of 50% off. Update: The regional manager and store manager resolved the issue a little over a week after. They apologized about how it all happened as it was the first time they experienced this issue. I glad it was all resolved and was able to make my dad's party rock!
