Great option to purchase your appliances and furniture. The Service from the personal is very Professional and Courteous. The Employees here are So Amazing And Genuinely Are here to Help 🙏❤️ Thank You for helping my Mom 🙏
I ordered a Samsung washer and dryer from Aaron’s and requested the delivery for 5:30 PM so I wouldn’t miss work. Despite this, the delivery team showed up earlier than requested, forcing me to leave work unexpectedly. They set up the washer and dryer and then walked out without verifying that anything was working or showing me how to use it. I still went outside to thank them and even sent a tip via Apple Pay. Later that day, I went to use the sanitize function on the dryer—since the unit is used and Arron’s didn’t bother to clean it—and found that the option wasn’t working. That’s when I realized the steam hose was missing, a key part of the dryer. I had even asked the delivery guy if all the necessary connections were included, and he said yes—which was clearly a lie. I called the store, and instead of immediately correcting their mistake, I was told I had to wait for them to check if they even had the hose. This isn’t acceptable—the hose is part of what I paid for and should’ve been delivered with the dryer. When I escalated the issue, the store manager refused to send the part simply because I said I would file a complaint with corporate. He told me that he wouldn’t send his team to deliver the hose because I might cancel the rental, and they’d have to return again. So now he’s withholding the part out of spite, saying I’ll have to wait until I speak to the regional manager. This is absolutely unprofessional and petty behavior. A simple missing part has turned into a power struggle, and I now have a dryer that is not functioning properly because of Aaron’s negligence and poor management. Given how Aaron’s sales and stock performance have declined in recent years, it’s shocking that their team is okay with customers walking away over something as basic as a steam hose. The company should be doing everything it can to retain loyal customers—not pushing them away with vindictive and unhelpful service. This experience has shown me a complete lack of customer care, accountability, and professionalism. I hope Aaron’s corporate sees this and takes action to improve how store managers handle situations like mine. Right now, the customer service is unacceptable, and the management team is failing to resolve even the simplest issues.
At first it was a little tense because I saw that they were taking a little longer than what they had told me, but in the end I got my product and I am satisfied with the services.
I filled out an application on line. But the lab top I wanted was in another store. When i.wemt to this store the 2 woman where rude because I looked like I was homeless, I was on a bicycle. So, they gave me the 3rd degree as if I was lying and they told me to get that lab top from another location I would have to move to that area. They only rent to a certain area. I asked well what if I rented from you and moved. What happens then? They didn't like that question.
I recently went to the location on North freeway. Stephanie assisted me and she was awesome. She answered all my questions with no problem. She went over and beyond. Due to the fact that I'm on a fixed income, she did her research on finding me something in my price range. I would definitely recommend this location
