Andrew and John are always so helpful and made me love Aaron’s they are so friendly and always goes out of their way to help I have had nothing but an amazing experience here.

I recently purchased a washer and dryer from the Aaron’s Furniture Store on Highway 6 and Westheimer, along with a service plan for $13.99. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The salesperson, Robert, has consistently ignored my calls, and when a problem arose with the washer, I couldn’t get any support. This lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable, and it has left me deeply frustrated. I hope Aaron’s will address these issues and improve their customer service moving forward.

Hwy 6 south location is the best brick and mortar location I've ever had the please of doing business with. Robert and Andrew are by far the most amazing employees that Aaron's corporate has employed. Hands down the best!! Had the best experience I've ever had looking for furniture. I really dislike looking fir furniture but Beyonce, Krishona, and Marvin definitely made my experience easy, smooth, and quick. Every question I had was answered. They greeted every time I came there . They made it easy so I didn't have to keep going to different stores. They were very professional and informative as well as very kind every time I went in. Made another purchase today unexpectedly and was gladly assisted by all three. I've lived in many cities and this by far was the easiest and quickest time I bought and received my furniture and I haven't been in my place a month yet plus traveling for work made time hectic. Thanks to all three of you my experience shopping for furniture was easy and quick. Thanks again!
