The manager doesn’t know how to admit he was wrong. They looked at the wrong address for delivering my couch and didn’t even call me to confirm if it was correct or not. I have a screenshot of my confirmation that has the correct delivery address. He has an attitude every time he talk to him on the phone. The Niles location knows how to take care of customers I’d go there.

I have bought quite a few things there, & they’ve been very helpful And courteous. The salesman, Israel, that helped me was very nice. When I was having issues w/ my payments, Christy was able to help me get my payments situated. I highly recommend it to anyone trying to build up their credit.

So I got a movie screen and a projector from Aaron’s and was paying on it and I would always make an extension online and it was no big deal but during one conversation with the Aaron staff when they couldn’t get the money from my ex-husband, I mentioned that I always make my extension online And the lead guy down there says you can’t do that. You have to go through them, but that’s how I always did it. Then when I went to make my extension, they had me blocked from doing that so I’m not calling you. You can come get the shit that I’ve had sitting on the porch for two weeks waiting for you to pick up. I’m not doing it. I’m done piss me off. I never had this kind of problem when we dealt with the olive store and that’s the honest truth
