Our experience mattress shopping today was very quick easy and with no hassle at all. My Husband and I were able to walk in choose our mattress answer a few questions and we’re able to schedule our delivery for this week. JC And staff working there today helped us out, answered every all the questions we had and just made the whole process an enjoyable one. We will definitely go back in the future to buy any other furniture we may need.

The manager doesn’t know how to admit he was wrong. They looked at the wrong address for delivering my couch and didn’t even call me to confirm if it was correct or not. I have a screenshot of my confirmation that has the correct delivery address. He has an attitude every time he talk to him on the phone. The Niles location knows how to take care of customers I’d go there.

I have bought quite a few things there, & they’ve been very helpful And courteous. The salesman, Israel, that helped me was very nice. When I was having issues w/ my payments, Christy was able to help me get my payments situated. I highly recommend it to anyone trying to build up their credit.
