I rented from Aarons in the DFW area for over 15 years best service ever moved to Austin tried renting from them worst service ever they expect you to sit at home all day waiting they do not set up any time frames George told me I had to at home all day to wait on them originally tried to work with the Round Rock store they were worse very rude and even hung up on me called customer service twice was told a regional manager would call me it has been 2 weeks and no phone call they are very poor in customer service and do not care
One of your drivers (last 4 of the license plate is 3676) near Georgetown at 5pm on 12/15/25 dangerously cut me off and after I honked because he nearly hit my car he flipped me off and mouthed the f slur at me (I have a pride sticker on my car). I will make sure to tell everyone to never do business with a company that allows this type of behavior.
we came here to get a bed and a couch, we were told the wait would be a week, after the week passed we waited patiently for our delivery, after the deadline for the delivery we had to find out the delivery truck was broken down we'd have to wait longer, well here we are four days later and we find out the couch we ordered was destroyed and wont be here for another week, and the bed we ordered was supposed to be delivered 4 hours ago only.to find out there's been another delay and maybe it'll be here later today but I'm not hopeful, and frankly I'm tired of sleeping on the floor and sitting on milk crates, if it doesn't arrive today I'm probably just going to cancel the order and go with someone else Edit: They arrived but forgot the box spring and just left the delivery guys hanging at the depot before the delivery, so now we have to wait for the boxspring
Poor customer service. Got my bed set delivered yesterday but was improperly put together. Screwed the wrong screws in and left. I checked as soon as they left and called the office immediately. Claimed someone would come back between 3-7 but no one ever showed up. Said they couldn’t come today just to fix the screws in the bed. Worst Aaron’s I’ve ever dealt with.
Horrible experience. So I had the worst experience ever when it should have been easy as they make it out to be online. I went online, got approved, put my order in and boom just needed to wait for it to get delivered, easy enough right? Wrong. Next day the store calls me and sets up a delivery time(I’m excited). Won’t be delivered till wednesday and I understood because I made the online purchase on a Friday afternoon duh, but guess what? Wednesday comes and no delivery. I call the store the next day and ask why it wasn’t delivered, turns out there were specific pieces broken and they had to order me a whole new unit and NO ONE INFORMED ME that they ordered a new one and had rescheduled my delivery for a WEEK LATER!! Okay whatever rather have a good new product than a broken one. So they rescheduled my delivery till Tuesday for the following week. Guess what? Tuesday comes and no delivery, and this is the Tuesday I’ve requested specifically to be off work to accept this delivery. I call and turns out the person who ordered my new product didn’t schedule a new delivery. Okay FINE. They tell me they’ll have it delivered tomorrow(aka Wednesday) guess what?? No delivery!! I HAVE TO CALL myself and ask why again and they tell me “oh a driver is out sick” and I’m like okay one driver? And the whole delivery system is off? Okay whatever they tell me I’ll be the first one tomorrow(THURSDAY) at 9am for my product to be delivered, mind you I have work at 12:30 and they assure me I’ll be the first one. And hey to my surprise??? NO DELIVERY!! I call corporate and tell them to cancel my order. I had waited almost 3 weeks and mind you I had already given my first payment because I’m a huge giving my payments on time kind of person and the customer service rep told me “next time don’t give a payment if you haven’t gotten the merchandise sir” and I thought that’s the payment timeline YOU guys gave me! but anyways horrible experience. Hope they fix all there issues and get organized.
