First of all. I normally don’t put my story out there, but after my experience, I really want people to know how this store is. First of all I am blind. I need assistance with paperwork. I’m blind, but not dumb. I reached out to Errands on Saturday. Since I was moving from one residence to another, they said I had to have an updated ID. I went Monday and did so went into the store. Associate helped me with the paperwork I was approved. They quoted me a price. Will the Manager was busy so they told me they would call me on Tuesday and I could sign over the phone. Tuesday came did not hear anything back at all until I called Tuesday afternoon. When I called, they raise the prices on me. Called the corporate office. Received a call from associate from the Clarksville store said they got it straightened out because of my blindness I had difficult signing the contract. They associate said he would help me if I came in. I came in today to sign the agreement. The associate that was there was very sweet. She proceeded to try to help me locate the washer and dryer set that I needed. I told her like I told the previous associate. I can’t do touchscreen because I cannot see it. I need a set with knobs. We found the washing machine that the previous associate found for me. She went to try to locate the dryer. The manager will came out and was accusing me of lying about the set that I was going to purchase. He tried to make me purchase a set with touchscreen became very nasty and very rude. At this point, I was so upset and was crying. The associate went into the office to speak to the manager. As you know being visually impaired, my hearing is excellent. He was basically saying he didn’t care what I wanted. They were sued all the time. The associate walked out of the store, and I followed behind her. I called corporate to escalate a complaint. The other associate wanted me to try to work out something. The time I got off the phone with corporate and got back there. I guess the manager had gotten to him too, and all of a sudden the set was sold. Even though the manager told me there was no way that I could’ve looked at that pacific one because it wasn’t even on the floor. Why would I make something up like that. Why would I choose something I couldn’t even use. I felt so humiliated. Being visually impaired I’m used to getting nasty comments and difficulty with Assistance. But this was absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Sorry if there’s any mistakes in this review, I am using voice to text and it doesn’t always come out the way I want it to.

Spoke with Mahogany about washer dryer set. She was very friendly, answered questions and placed the order for the set I wanted. A very nice woman called me on the delivery date to finish the application. The young man who delivered was very cordial and made sure everything worked before leaving. Delivered on the day and time slot I was quoted.

We went to multiple furniture places and Aaron’s was by far the best. Not only do they have a great selection , but staff as well. From our experience, they were not simply trying to make a sale, but give us what we needed in our budget and timeframe. We walked out of there VERY satisfied. And a special thank you to Brianna for going above and beyond in customer service.
Kevin is great BUT that staff of his are RUDE as hell. I literally was in there last week to make a payment and was asking about a table. One lady was in the restroom and the other act like she didn't want to help and she didn't. Where's the personality? Kevin, clean up your staff. Get their attitudes right bro because they are killing your long time customers.
