Rude and unprofessional. I have many concerns about the way I was talked to over the phone. I've done business with Aaron's for many years and never had this terrible experience. I should complained when my daughter came back and told me how ugly the guy was in the store when she went to look at the washer before it was delivered. She went into the store and silenced the music the young black male clerk was playing off of his phone. She asked him if he could wait til she left to play the music because it was inappropriate for store play. He asked her if she cut it off then walked off while she was still talking to him and he cut it right back on. He was ugly about it she didn't want to argue so she left.I had a used washer delivered and roaches have been coming out of it since the first day..my daughter said I should have called and asked for a replacement but I'm elderly and in bad health and I was grateful to even have a washer so I never complained. A few days ago some called from the store and asked how my experience was with the washer. I told the truth..we are still fighting roaches in the bathroom the washer is in and we didn't have any roaches beforehand. The person on the phone said that was unexceptable and would be getting back to me to resolve the issue. A couple of days past I didn't hear back so I decided to call and ask what could be done. Whoever answered the phone was unprofessional and rude..explaining to me that he had never heard of that kind of thing the 17th years he's been working there. Felt like he was trying to say I was lying. I've never been treated that way from the Aarons ive dealt with in the past. Now I'm contemplating sending it back.

Mr. Tyler and Mrs. Rosetta showed excellent customer service. Went over and beyond for a great customer experience. Would recommend them to anyone!!!

It's a good store. People are helpful and friendly. Delivery crew was awesome. Wide selection yo choose from. I have them 4 stars instead of 5 due to the prices being a little high in my opinion.

Visited the bossier location to see what options I had on a couple of appliances. I was greeted nicely and that’s pretty much where that ended. I have never been through the process of renting to own appliances so I have very little knowledge as to what I was doing. I was prompted to fill out an application to see what “leasing power” I had. Then I was informed something was 145 and that I could take a look around and they would be with me once they finished up with the other customer. I was approached by an employee that started explaining that certain ones where 18-24 months lease. I stated again I don’t really I understand that and what I was interested in asked if a specific price was for the piece or set. Was told no there was one in the corner and I’ll let you keep looking. It discouraged me to the point I just walked out as I didn’t want to seem ignorant to what was available but I stated I had no understanding. Would not recommend to first timers. I guess I try my luck at rent a center.

They did me and my husband wrong. We picked out a new furniture set paid a month down. They told us the furniture will be delivered Friday and they gonna call my husband and try to get him to get a used furniture set after we done paid an whole month down. We are very upset and yes they really deserve no stars from us. A very bad experience with Aaron's a very bad taste in our mouths we don't recommend them to NOBODY!!
