I think they were dishonest I tried to get a chair twice and they refused my service but they rent to others that stay in the same apartments with no electric bill that's discrimination to me plus I have a job and bank account and things in my name but I'm ok with it because they will be one of a few stores full of furniture as I completely purchase furniture stores all they inventory and you will have a store full that won't move it's not good to look over people cause you feel they can't afford are were they live and this finna happen soon so it's this store lost.I STAND ON THIS BY HEAVEN BEING THE TRUTH .
This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced very unprofessional the man who called me was extremely rude using profanity at me telling me he was just going to pick up my furniture because I was not able to get in touch with the store,because no one answers at times. Then I was told; I couldn't pay over the phone. I was sent a link 2 times ,I wasn't able to utilize, again I call with the same results. I've never been treated so poorly by someone like I have today. Extremely!!!!! disappointed in Rent-A-Center.....

I ordered my son a bed and dresser set on June 29. Was supposed to delivered 7-10 business days. It’s now August 16 and still no product. Me and my wife called several time was told we would get a call back never did. She spoke with manger he told her the same thing. We also wrote the corporate office and received no response. Finally today my wife just canceled the order. They offered to order her the bed set once she said she was canceling. They never ordered and never planned on delivering it. I had already paid for the first month . My guess is they planned on keeping the money. I would 100% recommend nobody ever get anything from this location. Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced with any merchandise company. These people will lead you to believe your item has been ordered and will Be delivered. When in fact it isn’t. When you call for a refund the they offer you to come look in store for an item or they will order what I was originally supposed to get. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT COME TO RENT A CENTER. There’s plenty of other rent to own that don’t scam.
I love this place. I've been renting to own from this store for years. Fred, the manager, is amazing. He will do EVERYTHING he can to make it right. Whether it's having a personal issue and can't make a payment on time, or a problem with an item you are renting. The guys who work there are also amazing. Couldn't ask for anyone better to deal with. I will continue to do business with Fred and his team until there is nothing more I need. Love this place and the team that works there.
