I have been really pleased with this place from ordering online with the simple, easy application, to someone calling me to confirm my order, speaking with them in between, scheduling my delivery, and down to the delivery itself. Just had two wonderful delivery men deliver my washer and dryer and certainly one of the better services delivered I’ve ever experienced. There were problems like door openings that weren’t theirs to solve but they did anyway. I have experienced nothing short of excellent customer service from start to finish and I have no doubt if I have any questions or concerns they’ll be just as accommodating. My only complaint would be that I spoke with the store yesterday to warn them that they had a tricky set up, but it’s unfortunate the store didn’t communicate that with the drivers as they are the ones coming to the site. However, that’s an internal issue and didn’t affect my experience what so ever. Big kudos to my drivers that were here on 2/5.

Stove quit they came took stove never left a loaner like they said they would it's been 3 weeks now no stove no explanation called they say at least 2 more weeks wth

Best experience I've ever had!!!!! Very nice pleasant individual people that make you laugh they make you smile and they will work very good with you I suggest you go there they have great furniture all you need at a very low price

I've had several leases from this location thru the years. I loved all my purchases but the customer service is why I return. Carrie Ann and Gary are amazing and have always taken good care of me.

I originally went to them to help improve my credit. I made sure to ask before signing any paperwork if they report to the credit agencies, they assured me they do. After making payments to them for 18 months I find out they report ONE ON TIME PAYMENT. That's it. One report does nothing for anybody. This place is a joke. I have been in there a number of times and the staff was rude. I was told I can feel free to shop online but he was punching out and leaving. Then I had paid a payment towards furniture I was leasing from them, that had worn down and was super uncomfortable. I went and purchased new from somewhere else and called them to pick it up. The delivery guy told me to call and get a credit towards my washer and dryer from them since I was paid for half a month. I called and she said that they aren't going to issue me any type of credit or refund.

I got a PS4 and Dell laptop and even though I didn't like the laptop itself I decided to keep it for my nieces and nephews. I am just not a fan of Dell products but it was a really great deal! The staff was very friendly and willing to help. I've had nothing but a good experience with them. I even ran into a issue where I lost my wallet and they were willing to work with me so I didnt have to turn anything in!!
