Looking for furniture and every place I stopped at was priced for a car,not a couch till we stopped in Rent a center and met Eric and Nick. No high pressure salesman and both were very helpful. Fantastic experience. Got a couch and love seat for 1/3 of the price that every store we stopped at was charging.

Eric goes above and beyond for me at the fort Gratiot location. I won’t work with anyone but him he’s the best. Bc of workers like Eric is why I still know there is hope for the retail feild.

I love doing business at the rent a center in fort Gratiot . I've gotten a few things there and my new electric bike is by far the best thing I've gotten from there I've been enjoying it every day since I picked it up. And to Eric and the rest of the crew you guys rock love doing business with all of you.

Horrible! My husband and I rented furniture, as it was our only viable option after moving across the country (Florida to Michigan). I 100% regret not just buying outright! Edward (Manager) is RUDE to his customers. They show up at your house after being 4 days late!! Harass you multiple times a day by phone and showing up at your home. Was told yesterday “the pandemic is over so your family needs to find a new excuse”!!!!! I’m done with this place! Would never recommend.
