Went To Aaron's Yesterday And No One And I Do Mean No One Came To Help With Anything! There Was Some Girl In The Back That Came Out 15 Minutes After Me Being There And Me Yelling Hello, Excuse Me.. She Still Did Nothing!! 0 Out Of 10 Do Not Recommend. This Was North Main Street Store.

Kelly at Aarons downtown on Main street was very knowledgeable, very helpful! I had talked to her on the phone a couple of times, very professional and helpful. When we walked, I told her my name and she knew immediately why we were there. The process was simple and fairly quick. I recommend Kelly and this Aarons!

Kelly i believe her name is here at Aaron's she's very sweet helpful 😊 in every way believes in a customer being satisfied 😌 she went above and beyond for me I went and picked up a pre lease dryer got it home got it inside installed it turned it on well it came for about 5 seconds shut off tried to turn it back on nothing put it on another cycle nothing waited for about 2 hrs went back to the dryer turned it on it on same thing when it did run the motor humming loud well that means the motor is bad called Kelly about it she took care of me 😁😁 she found me another dryer same price and everything went and picked it up couldn't wait til next week for delivery way to much laundry to do you ladies know what I mean about the laundry business 😀 the dryer i got second time is great it dries a load of towels in 30 to 45 minutes 😀 love it!!!!!! Thank you Kelly appreciate it!!!!!

The velour turned out to be synthetic, slippery, and unpleasant to the touch. The seams are crooked, with threads sticking out in all directions. The folding mechanism sticks, and inside the sofa, it feels empty and cardboard-like. Sleeping on it is torture! Attempts to contact the store and express my complaints were unsuccessful. The operators passed me from one to another, promised to call back, but the call never came. In the end, I had to spend a lot of time and nerves to get at least some compensation.

The account manager is very rude and I will be calling corporate on her. Unprofessional behavior, hangs up on you while you’re talking. I don’t see why she has a customer service job or why they even bother giving her a manager position.
