I placed an order last week….i called n inquired about a refund but wanted to talk to my boyfriend to make sure we were on the same page….i told Tamara at Arron’s that I would called her back after talking to my boyfriend n deciding to keep everything I had….instead of waiting for me to call back Tamara took it upon herself and cancelled me and my boyfriend’s order instead of waiting for my call back saying I took to long to respond was why she cancelled my order and sent my refund back to me….im very displeased on how Tamara did not wait for a response from me cause I took a hour long n she took it upon herself self and cancelled order without getting both of our approvals that we noted on account…she was very unprofessional and seemed like she had a attitude n was not trying to listen to me explain the situation instead she cancelled the whole order n we were waiting on getting our beds I don’t know if it was discrimination due to a previous employee working with me that no longer works here but at her location I feel like this isn’t fair and I called corporate n hopefully this situation will be fixed asap

Kelly at Aarons downtown on Main street was very knowledgeable, very helpful! I had talked to her on the phone a couple of times, very professional and helpful. When we walked, I told her my name and she knew immediately why we were there. The process was simple and fairly quick. I recommend Kelly and this Aarons!

Kelly i believe her name is here at Aaron's she's very sweet helpful 😊 in every way believes in a customer being satisfied 😌 she went above and beyond for me I went and picked up a pre lease dryer got it home got it inside installed it turned it on well it came for about 5 seconds shut off tried to turn it back on nothing put it on another cycle nothing waited for about 2 hrs went back to the dryer turned it on it on same thing when it did run the motor humming loud well that means the motor is bad called Kelly about it she took care of me 😁😁 she found me another dryer same price and everything went and picked it up couldn't wait til next week for delivery way to much laundry to do you ladies know what I mean about the laundry business 😀 the dryer i got second time is great it dries a load of towels in 30 to 45 minutes 😀 love it!!!!!! Thank you Kelly appreciate it!!!!!

The velour turned out to be synthetic, slippery, and unpleasant to the touch. The seams are crooked, with threads sticking out in all directions. The folding mechanism sticks, and inside the sofa, it feels empty and cardboard-like. Sleeping on it is torture! Attempts to contact the store and express my complaints were unsuccessful. The operators passed me from one to another, promised to call back, but the call never came. In the end, I had to spend a lot of time and nerves to get at least some compensation.

Rude customer service, most of the staff need to goto a customer service class or something.there account manager is really rude. supposed to have refunded me money but never got it been a long time customer of this store
