Sold us a used stove for a new one. And it was damaged. Told them we didnt want it and it has been in my kitchen for a week now. We feel like we should get a storage fee

Thought we were getting a new stove and they brought us the display stove from the store that was damaged and dirty. And to make matters worse i told them we didnt want it. They told me they would come back that afternoon to get it and that was a week ago now we have a stove in the middle of our kitchen just in the way. I feel like we should charge them a storage fee......... I wish i could upload my pics

Joanne was absolutely amazing! Very quick and got me exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much For the great customer service. Not everyone I noticed in there is very friendly or they are Judas miserable with their job but you Mrs. Joanne and Mr Michael yall are fantastic.
