When I tell you Aaron's in Conway, don't care about their customers like that. You can tell them what's going on they don't care about their customer all they care about is the payment they'll refuse to take them out you want to give them and they still have sent someone to your house harassing you so I'll repeat no Aaron's in Conway is not the place to go buy furniture or anything from, go somewhere else if you can. I never experienced worse business like I did with them the errands in Florence never gave me a hard time. They management all suck they ain't on the same page got one of them telling you this and then the other one tell you something different. Worst customer service ever. In a lies bad and so no I would never get nothing else from them.

I will never do business with Aaron's again. First of all, the way they hound people whose bills just became due is beyond ridiculous. They will literally call back to back, all while they have someone out to my house making a house call. And what's even worse than that is, my bill wasn't even more than 3 days past due. Two of those times I had made a partial payment, I was at work, and my mother called to tell me that they had just came to the house about my bill. A bill that just became due 2 days ago, that they've already received a partial payment for, they decided to send someone out to my house. But the thing that has me most baffled is the fact that I paid $450+ for an item I never received. And when I called them to tell them they needed to remove that item from my account because I was still paying for it, but I didn't have it, Valorie, which is the store manager, practically tried to call me a liar. And then when she confirmed that I actually DID NOT have the item, she did not call back like she said she would. I ended up having to call her. And she did not apologize for implying that I was lying, she didn't offer a refund for the over payment, she didn't offer a store credit, nor did she offer to apply the over payment amount to my remaining balance. $450+ is a lot of money to be throwing down the drain for absolutely no reason. They got $450+ of free money out of me, but I can assure you, it'll never happen again. My account is paid out now. The only way they can fix that, is to send a reimbursement check in the amount of the over payment because trying to do a store credit now is out of the question. I will also say this. When you become a customer with Aaron’s, they have you to sign a paper saying that if there’s ever an issue between you and the store, that you would not take legal action. That reason is because they know they are getting over on people and ripping people off. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have a document like that.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They have no idea what they are doing in that store, it's like they didn't have a training course on customer service when they started the job. I got a dish washer from them a week ago and haven't been able to use it since I got it, when I asked for a refund on a product I couldn't use they told me I had to wait tell she could contact a regional manager cause "typically we don't do refunds". They came today to knock on my door and drive away cause we aren't paying for something we can't even use, it didn't come with an adapter and when they gave us one they gave us the wrong one. Theyve been rude and completely incompetent. if u need to rent something save ur time and go to Rent-A-Center

Bought a metal bed frame from this store. Didn’t end up using it and went to return it. Manager says they don’t know how to return a retail sale. After several weeks we are told it’s probably not going to happen. Mind you, we paid $250+ for a basic metal bed frame because we needed it asap. Go somewhere else. Will never come here again.
