Ordered a washer and dryer on 2/3/26, was told it would be 2/12/26 before it would be delivered (which seemed like a long time to wait, particularly given the fact that the store is barely a mile from my house, but whatever). I was then contacted by the store on 2/9/26 to let me know that the soonest they could deliver was going to be 2/16/26 rather than 2/12/26. It has been two weeks now, and the items still have not been delivered, yet they, nevertheless, demanded payment (and even charged me an $8 "nonrenewal fee" on 2/15/26), despite the fact that the items hadn't even been delivered yet, and also despite the fact that I had signed up for "EZpay" (auto draft). This is no way to do business.

I received Top Tier service from the delivery drivers to the sales rep in the office today. Everyone work hard to go the extra mile to make sure my furniture was delivered and that I was a satisfied customer even when I had to switch out my furniture order at the last minute. I highly recommend this location to anyone that's looking for quality service!

Updated Review The customer Service at Aaron's on Atlanta Highway has much improved under its new General Manager. They value their customers and they are understanding, kind, and very helpful now. I have no reservations recommending this Aaron's on Atlanta Hwy. I also enjoy the items I have purchased from their furniture store--two sofas and a bommbox I take with me to the Nursing homes and sometimes in the parks with the Homeless throughout Mississippi when I'm doing Outreach through my ministry and with my mother's church. Wish I could give zero stars I went in to get a washer and dryer (despite my feelings of buy here pay here places ) during they promo and everything was fine I went in the store set up everything far as delivery and all . I finished my order online as I was told so my payment wasn’t due till Friday the 1st of November. Here we are the day before my delivery and the lady call me demanding a payment saying per the GM Mike I have to make my payments in advance it was up to his discretion … umm no thank you just cancel the whole order cause per the agreement I signed that’s not what it said

I purchased through them this time, but next time I most definitely will not. The first time they delivered my fridge, they said it was too big for the doorway so they took it back and I had to order a smaller one. Then they call me back when my new one came on the truck and now said I had to reapply again even though the fridge was supposed to just be transferred (another pull on my credit). Then the delivery guys show up, we're short and refused to talk much or answer questions. I had to get my old fridge disconnected, they wouldn't even let me use a tool to disconnect it. Said they didn't have the tools to do it, yet they had the tools to put the new fridge together. Then they rush out, don't say anything. Just try to hand me a piece of paper to sign and act like they don't even have time to explain how to do the water line. I will never spend my hard earned money here again.
