This Aarons location is the most helpful and pleasant. Any problem with any of or items they did their best to fix them. Having nice furniture at a decent price per month is exactly what we need. They will work with any budget. The delivery guys especially Terrel is very knowledgeable and nice to me and my family. The delivery guys are one step closer to becoming family I might even invite them over for a kraft dinner on night lol. Monique has also handled our account in a professional way.

I recently just moved in to my apartment and needed just above every room furnished. I was sooo happy with the selection of inventory that the West Haven location had to chose from! It’s like they ordered everything JUST FOR ME that I almost furnished my entire apartment in a day! They were able to set me up with delivery within 2 days and set it up within minutes! The delivery team were neat, polite and fast! The entire experience from start to finish was amazing! I for sure will be getting more furniture as well as referring people to THIS LOCATION! Thank you all so much!

Monique the manager has been so helpful and I appreciate the customer service. There was a miscommunication about my order and she was able to clear it up very quickly and we are very happy with our items. Shane and the delivery team also were very kind and helpful! Thanks guys!

Been a customer for over 15 years. I read a lot of the reviews and they are negative, yet I can only come to the conclusion that these people posting are just not happy no matter what service they received. I have made over ten major purchases from the West Haven store and yes there have been some issues but they were always rectified in time. I will admit that Aaron's is expensive yet they fit a niche of need when finances are tight. I think that most of all people need to read what they are signing. It is a contract and after the first four months you can cancel without penalty. I have bought many items that were returns and I will say I have made out like a bandit. Overall I believe I have come out with the better deal over time. Some people you cannot please, even if something was given to them for free they would complain, they would say it was junk and that's why it is free... But they still took it! Most of all, when I have a problem they fix it. What more can you ask for?

I reached out to Aaron about my couch that was delivered dirty, crumbs under the cushions and broke but yet had a tag that it was sterilized waited for a call back. About 2 months later got a call to see if I wanted to rent anything else told them I'm still waiting for a call from 2 months ago. Finally spoke with the manager who stated she put a claim in for the couch being broke and here we are about another 2-3 months and have not heard back from any one. I never had this issue with them in the past it has always been a good experience but now I will be taken my business somewhere else.

The new manager Tish from the West Haven store went over and beyond to get the items I needed now my place is going to look great. She had to deal with a very small place to fit exactly what was needed and she came through with flying colors. You rock girl!!!!

Tish in West Haven worked really hard to help us find exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. The delivery guys were really great...funny, professional & tidy. Thank you!
