My name is mary i have been a long time aarons customer for well over 20 years! I recently went back to the spencerport store to place a order and the manager was off because it was a Thursday so i was met with the other angry employee, big guy! He was very rude to my 20.year daughter and I. Because we asked too many questions. He basically told us that he was short staff and rhat he didnt jave time. I asked him for corporate number he daid call corporate I don't care!. Soo disgusting. Cant believe that that is the per8aarons have representing them. As long as that guy is employed with aaron, niether myself or any friends or family i know will not give them business.

I hate Aaron's!!!! Only rent to own store that refuses to let you buy out your merchandise if you owe more than $500 over the phone. I am handicapped and cannot drive. So how am I supposed to go to the store in the city to pay off my merchandise. I am calling cooperate and the complaint department. Also I will never rent through them again nor will anyone I know. Supposed to be no stars!!!!

They never answered phone I should’ve stay somewhere else Delivery guys left plastic on mattress and looked like he got pissed and box springs he left plastic and it’s hanging out looks nasty. I called store to have his guys pull plastic and he said they don’t do that I can’t lift mattress very heavy I’m disabled… wait until payment comes they’ll wait until I’m good and ready and if they don’t like it they can come and pick their plastic up

Will NEVER rent from Aaron’s again, they have absolutely ZERO customer service skills. I’ve been renting my furniture for over a yr, think I missed one maybe two payments, they called me today talking about my payment didn’t go through, mind you my payment isn’t due til Tuesdays. Whoever answered the phone was very unprofessional, told him to come get because I’m tired of the headaches, of course they’re available whenever to pick it up but we had to get our furniture to our house from the store ourselves because they weren’t sure of when they could make the delivery!!

If I could give this location less than a star I would. Delivery guy came and never rang doorbell, Allen(Store Mgr) is nasty, has no customer service skills. He hung up on me while we were speaking, I cancelled my order and requested a refund, I attempted several times to call back and was hung up on. I was told they don't know when it will get back in my account. I have filed a formal complaint with there corporate office. I am thoroughly disgusted.
