I ordered something from here they don’t tell you anything I have to consistently call to see if they received it yet to even be able to deliver it to me it took a month just for them to receive it and my delivery was for yesterday no one showed up! I didn’t get a call to reschedule or anything I literally took off of work to sit home and wait for them still no call no nothing and my bill is due in a week. I do not recommend! Go to Rent a center or something this is my first and last time ever leasing anything
One of the worst experiences when buying something, ordered online and had it set up for delivery the next week, got a call from them the next day from one of the male workers there, telling me if I did an in store order but over the phone I could get it faster, so I agreed and he did everything over the phone, come home and wait for delivery, they went to the wrong house, in a different Town, they used my billing address instead of the delivery address I put down, so I call and talk to crystal or Krystal, how she has a job there is beyond me, one of the rudest people I’ve had to deal with on the phone and she made it worst than before, two weeks later and still no washer and dryer and she canceled the order because we were asking questions she didn’t like and she just kept getting more and more irritated with us( me and my fiance) stay away from this place
Not the store Inusually deal with, so unusre about all the reviews regarding cutomer service! However, the bedroom set I got last week I am questioning returning for something different. Unsure how sturdy the bed is as it is "engineered wood" as the description calls it, online it looks nice, however, in person I am questioning it due not looking very sturdy and looks as if it will easily break and if I pay out the lease and it does, Aarons is not going to fix/replace it. I honestly expected better quality from an Ashley product! Also, Im not happy with the fact, I have always used the store on Spencerport Road and ordering off the website, it now has my items through this location! (i live at the same address, so no reason for them to change my preferred store and ship my items to.another location unless I requested) Attaching phones of the foot of the bed!
Drove over a half an hour to get here, in dire need of a new washer, only to discover they apparently decided to close early.. Not a happy camper.
I was a loyal customer up until today. I've never had any issues in the past with aarons, but today I had experience the worst customer service at this store and aarons has lost a loyal customer due to their rudeness and they failed to communicate with me. I had Set up for a new loan for washer and dryer online about 2 weeks ago And was told that somebody would get in touch with me. I called them today on 6/20/24 because it had almost been 2 weeks And I had not heard anything. the guy who answered the phone told me, Well, you purchased it online and that they couldn't deliver said sry nobody got in contact with me. I had told him that I made the purchase almost 2 week ago and he said that nobody would be able to get out to me and deliver, but I already have been waiting two weeks And that it would be another week until I received the items. I was not pleased as I already had been waiting And that nobody got in contact with me. I explained this to him again and that I would like to just cancel the order as I will just go to somebody else that can get me a washer and dryer as I needed them. He then became extremely rude and started blaming me for ordering it online as if it was my fault. That nobody contacted me..
