Went into store to bring my proof I needed as instructed from when I filled out online I came with two other friends who were also interested in renting the young man that was there had good customer service he went to go get his manager girl with glasses very weird with horrible customer service I explained to her why I was there and she wouldn't look at me while I was talking or when she was talking to me then proceeded to say very rudely well the person who do that is gone for the day and it aint nothing but $100 you can come back or whatever thats not how you conduct business with potential customers makes me not want to rent anything from here and tell my friends not to as well. Update : i recently gave them another try and the customer service was exceptional this time i updated my stars hand 👏🏿 clap to the delivery drivers and in store staff i appreciate the turn around it makes a big difference thank you

Never had any issues all the staff is super nice .. except this one white man not sure who he is but he has horrible customer service and his attitude is worst then a teen age girl Aaron’s as a company should be embarrassed to have someone with his attitude/ demeanor representing them ..
Me and my elderly mother walked in and walked around for a while before somebody actually came to see if we needed help. There were two men and one woman the lady came and helped us when do the guys just kept looking.
