They denied me as they always do. Rent a center is much better to deal with.. Aaron's has always been a spot hole in my opinion.. all good I like to stay with businesses that actually take care of me and treat me with respect..

I needed furniture after my divorce. The whole staff were nice and friendly. They were good to me. If I need anything else for my home, I’m buying it from Aaron’s.

I just came back to Aarons from two years ago, and Mr. Gerald has always provided me with great customer service and is very professional!! He provided me with options that fits my budget and also things I will love to have in the long run!!!

Some people there are rude. I can't understand how a person's has to wait 21 days for something got online and then when you say ok thank you no bye or you're welcome. Just rude. This bed is my last purchase from aarons till they get better coustmer service

Been having issues with Christie at the Alexandria store. She calls me the day that my payment is due threatening me they will come take my appliances away that ive been paying on for going on 2 years now, and I have to keep contacting the regional manager. I hate having to go through him to get anything accomplished. Once my products are paid off. I will NEVER shop at aarons again.

I love Aaron's my credit score is not the best. But Aaron's works with me, I have been renting from them for a few years now, and everything I purchased from them is still in excellent condition. Gerald always helps me to find what I need. KEEP THE GOOD WORK UP GUY'S!!
