Luis and Maritza are AMAZING!! I had a terrible experiance with the Egg Harbor Twp store and these 2 made way, way up with it! Not only did I get a better living room set i also left with end tables, coffee table, lamps and a rug. The service at the Vinland store is what Aaron's should teach these other stores. Thank you again to Luis and Maritza for all the work they did and it didnt go unoticed.

I have been a customer for Aaron's for years. I have a washer and dryer paid for 2 55 inch smart TVs couch with recliners loveseat with recliners. I own them all now and I never had a problem with anything. never have a problem with their employees. whenever I need something I just order online they deliver it and I make my payment each month. I let them know what date to take their payment. never a problem

You require a completely new team. One aspect they need to improve is phone communication with people. If you're unable to do that, you shouldn't be employed.
All the furniture is very nice, but they don't give the right information. When my husband and I went, the girl told us we were going to pay $289, which seemed fine to us, and when it came time to pay, it turned out to be $389, and I thought, "What the heck?" Now I understand why several people told me not to go to Arons. They don't give the right information; they just want customers by giving them the wrong information.

Whoever answered the phone on 3.19.25. RUDE! A little customer service goes along way. Hope her day gets better because sheeeshh. And by the other reviews the same person is always rude. Yet yall still employ someone like that. Great business move I guess.
Oh my, such a nasty attitude, it seems like they don't even want to sell or do business with you. Only the young lady in there is the nicest one, but the rest. It almost seemed like you owe money to them personally. Hate going in there, especially when I have to deal with the one lady in there. And in reality they don't have to be kind or nice to me just because, but it doesn't help the business. And honestly I don't know what I did to be treated in such a way. My advice, smile, even if it is fake.
