We have been customers with the Geneva location for a long time and up until recently we have never really truly had any problems. We have been paying for the Aaron’s club for years now and I know what it covers and what it doesn’t and wouldn’t you know the manger Mike refuses to allow us to use the Aaron’s club to cover our payment under the Accident and Sickness waiver part! The way he treated my husband when he went in was down right disgusting and told him to get out of his store! I’m done staying quiet! 15+ years of being a customer and we are now getting treated like trash because the so called high and mighty manager don’t wanna do his job right. Never have I ever been treated so bad. We will not be returning anymore for anything. This is not how u treat life long loyal customers!

We have made our payments on time since we started in December of 2025. And so far, we have had several harassing phone calls and emails from the store manager, claiming that we are late. Even though the automatic payments come out once a week, every week. Mike, the store "manager" has threatened to come to our house, for some reason. I do not recommend anyone ever deal with this place. Obviously they don't know what they're doing and they are in the practice of harassing their customers. I have seen multiple posts online with other people complaining about the harassment.

My girlfriend gets stuff from them and they tell you what you need to come up with to catch up but they tell her 3 different amounts and just want more and more money. It’s better to just buy the stuff somewhere else outright.
