Extremely rude staff, they also lie to get ya suckered into buying anything. That expression of “they only tell you want you wanna hear” should be their trademark. I’d rather 100% get furniture off marketplace before I ever deal with this crap show again. And the fact you have to add a star just to post irritates me, they didn’t even earn 1 star.

This evening 7:55-758 and older white man driving your deliver truck on Beech Ave( in the Union Heights area ) side swipe my neighbors black Nissan Rogue and kept driving… I was sitting on my porch I called the store no one answered… I was very shocked …. Not a good look

❌❌⚠️⚠️ Avoid shopping the Rivers Avenue branch location. The manager Mark and his associates were extremely rude to my family. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. Poor customer service .

I have never had a bad experience with the team here at Aaron's, they have always been very professional and understanding, when things sometimes have come up. I would recommend the team at Aaron's to anyone I know who needs to buy something with flexible terms. Yes it is higher interest but when I needed something they have always come through for me. My best advice is to anyone is to sign up for easy pay that way you never miss a payment and then watch your arrangements get better over time. Thank you Aaron's and the team at rivers ave for always taking care of me.
