I. Love the washer and dryer and sofa and love seat the delivery drivers were great and kind they treated us like family they were kind and I would recommend Aaron's to anyone.
The worst and most humiliating service I've ever received. My sister and I rented a beautiful dresser set. We became homeless after a year of renting because of harassment and economic instability for a few months. Money went to a new apartment and for securing our safety temporarily when we moved out of town - looking for new jobs. We had nearly only $1,000 left to own. We communicated our situation to the team and made back payments at which we became only a few months behind. Nearly all interactions with them were riddled with coldness, threats,no compassion, and no feasible payment plan sensible to our situation. We were both very communicative and that had seem to make things worse. We temporarily housed our furniture with family, it previously being in a storage unit. Aarons barged in, took all of our clothes out of our furniture including my little brother's, which was in his room as I planned to gift to him once the furniture was paid off. My sister a few days earlier, had called them as she was working , said she made a payment plan, and gave the address where the furniture was (what they requested). A few days later, a different person came to my family's house at which we were not present, threatened to call the police, and treated us like criminals on the phone - even insinuating we were stealing talking about a "breach of contract" with only being a few months behind. We are two young females trying to make an honest living in an unstable world and economy. Once things were stable in our life. When I look back, the situation was soo inhumane and uncivil, I can't help but think it was racial as we are both black. It fills me up with pure anger each time on how what was supposed to be a beautiful, precious, memory and an investment of quality furniture we were approved for - could become soo hostile during a time of hardship. There was a djing set I planned to personally buy in cash once at a later date but am now instead am writing this review on our terrible experience. Terrible. Terrible. Awful. Dumpster fire Terrible. This will always be a scar to my memory, heart, and soul. I CAN NOT say you can trust them with your home or money.
