Horrible I was over charged by 100 dollars and come to find out I was paying towards a item that I didn't even rent from them I'm so dissatisfied and will be making complaints to BBB

I have been going through this rent a center for almost 3 years. I have NEVER been even a day late on my payments. For some reason the past month or so my automatic payments haven’t been working. But I still log in every Saturday when my payment is due and make my payment. They start calling me as soon as they open and sometimes multiple times throughout the day. I work on Saturdays and sometimes can’t get online to make my payment until after work. It’s ridiculous how much they harass a customer who has never been late on a payment and also a multi item customer. This type of business tactic has me re considering ever getting items through them again after my current items are paid off.

the staff is always very helpful and friendly whenever I come in. this is my second rental agreement and if I ever need anything else I will definitely come back to this particular store 🙂
