If this gave me the option for zero stars I would!!!!!! this place is a scam i have rented and paid off appliances,furniture and a refrigerator. the washer dryer and couches were purchased at the Massillon location. very great professional people. especially when it came down to any issues i had they were prompt at addressing the issue. however this location is the worst experience i have ever encountered and yet to be contacted, but very fast to be contacted about payment. the refrigerator that i got from them is paid in full but back story. The original refrigerator i was making payments on is a stainless steal Maytag brand new nice refrigerator big too however it had stopped working so they took it to get it replaced and gave me a loaner. they had told me that they just need to wait for the refrigerator to come in or something similar in price and the kind i had originally had. 2 months later after calling for updates every week and every other week the manager had informed me that oh we couldn’t find the refrigerator that is similar and to be honest i don’t think we will ever find it but you can keep the loaner. i said wait that cant be this fridge is old has missing drawers and shelves and to be honest i don’t see how its worth 2,000 dollars and to top it off the fridge is even way smaller than the original fridge. she said i will email higher management. i said do you know how long she said i will give you a call in a week. a week later no phone call so i called and spoke to a gentleman in there and he said Porsha is not in today what can i do for you so I explained the whole thing and asked him if he would be upset if it were him he said to be honest i would feel robbed i even cried to him because i was so hurt at the fact that i spent so much money just to be given an old fridge that i can buy on facebook marketplace for 50 bucks that is a big loss. Anyway back to the subject !! The manager calls about the last payment she threatens to say oh if you don't make the payment we will have no choice but to take possession of the property. i said i don't think its fair that you guys are even doing this she said u have a fridge i said yeah but an old one and one thats missing drawers and shelves she said i will have someone drop it off while we are waiting for upper management to get back to me i said ok she said what time and day works best i said today and tomorrow she said someone will be there to drop it in the meantime we have to wait. Never heard from them again!!! I am currently gathering everything I need for my formal complaint at the AG - Naesalyn T

My phone fell out of my pocket and broke, even though it was in a protective case. I was given a loaner phone to use while they see if it can be fixed. I was told it could take up to two weeks, this was after they already had the phone for a week. I am paying today on the phone and it might not be able to be fixed. If they can't fix it, I still have to finish paying for it. 😟

This was my very first time renting from this location, I had no problem with any member of the staff until my delivery day. My card was not going through on their end. I had spoken to the manager on duty, Porscha. She was nothing but rude to me over the phone, awful customer service. I am a manager dealing with customers too, I would NEVER speak to my customers the way she spoke to me today over the phone. Straight up said she was going to cancel my order. I got on the website to process my payment and it worked perfectly fine... I heard her in the background of the phone call "hmm look at that". That manager defiantly needs some sort of customer service training if she wants to work with the public. I asked for a corporate number, she denied me the phone number and told me to Google it. I had no problem with the delivery men, they were very nice and actually spoke to me like I was an actual human. Shame Shame on Porscha. I will never be ordering from this location again, if this is how they treat the customers.

They don't have public restrooms, but don't tell you that. So a pregnant woman goes to use it and they whisper "what is she doing, we don't have public restrooms, she can't do that". The back area was open and had no signs to convey the restroom was only for them. Crazy I was in there a couple days before and could use the restroom with no issue. They weren't nice about it, they didn't stop her, and they continued to talk bad about her. Very disrespectful and rude staff. They then sit on the furniture in the lobby that people will take home with them? Make it make sense. Will not be back. I recommended her to take her business elsewhere.
