Customer reviews
I have purchased things from Aaron’s for several years in different states. I recently moved to Andalusia Alabama, went into the store and the employees were so rude. Upon entering the store, it was not a very warm welcome. They looked at me as if I was an alien. When I inquired about a purchase I was told I would have to come back when the manager is there in order to make a purchase. I was told only the manager can approve a purchase. So are you telling me you can only sell products when a manager is on site. What is the purpose of other employees if none of them can assist you? They did not ask what I was interested in or looking for? When I tell you no customer service at all. NONE! Simply we can not assist you today because Manager is not on site. Then why are you even open today? Needless to say the laziness and lack of interest to assist me in any way shape or form, I will not be returning. Loss of sell for them because I was planning to furnish my entire house.
Love Brandy, Joe and Ben! Very nice people. Call me back Brandy! See what else I can get!!!
Brandi and Joe are really friendly and they do try to make you happy. The guys who delivers the furniture are super nice also. Brandi please call me and let me know when I might be getting my dryer back.
