This place is a damn joke rented from them to stage a house we where selling only for them to show up doing the open house the following day of renting causing a huge situation and trying to forcefully remove the couch and chair during the open house even after showing them paperwork and text messages from there own district manager avoid this place and there Karen manager at this location u will have nothing but problems from them. Worse place in town to deal with

I have been without a dryer for a few months now and it has been terrible!! I have a family of 5! Taking clothes to and from friends and family's houses (we live 35 miles from nearest town) has been a task! I have used Rentacenter before, however it has been a while and I had forgot! Today I REMEMBERED and I thank you so much for making it all available online! Easy to setup, pick out what I wanted, and to pay! The only thing that I wish was easier is my Door Dash pay is loaded onto a prepaid card apparently and I could not set it up for automatic payments. Thank you so much for the promotions that were offered and the quick and easy response and help from the workers at the Andalusia office. I will get my dryer tomorrow:)
