The place itself is great. My complaint is with the new GM. His name is Art. He seems to have an ego problem concerning his male employees. He is a bully. It’s bad for business.

Sal, this man helped me tremendously in a living room set. Not only that, he got me a really nice laptop at a price that blew me out of the water. This is not what got me there, the kindness and ho respectful he has shown me. He treated me like family. Nowadays, it's hard to go to a retailer and get professionalism, kindness, and a true friendship out of a place. But as they have to make money also, please try paying it off early and save a whole lot of money. Thanks, Sal, for being an overachiever for Aaron's. People like you make people like me happy and satisfied. Hey , try this place and see Sal. Actually, the whole crew there are awesome.

I don’t have words to express my appreciation to Jessica and her team! I have an elderly aunt whose a/c went out and the service company who was supposed to fix it messed around for two weeks and then told her it would be another two weeks before they could fix it. Jessica worked with me to get her a portable a/c unit the same day! My aunt slept well for the first time in two weeks! Jessica and the people who delivered the portable a/c unit were amazing and so helpful! I highly recommend this store and their service!
