Be careful what you buy cash from this place I bought a washer and it went out 3 weeks later had someone look at it and it was not good and had to purchase another one cost me $300 after paying $250!!! So I would purchase from somewhere else not here! I know it’s buy as is but at least 60 days of use i would have not been so upset

Went to get a new stove for my house before Thanksgiving they ordered me 1 and got it to me just in time for the holiday staff, which was helpful, really stepped up to make it happen. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing good products and great payment options

Kira, and Rick are the best. They are genuinely great at their job. They've went above and beyond helping me pick and repack my furniture so that it would fit into my apartment. Rick and chindo were the ones who delivered my furniture and they were fast, helpful and friendly. Thanks so much to all of you I will always be a loyal customer from here on out.

I was happy with the customer service from the girls. The draw back for me was i rented from them to help build my credit and was told they repord the 4th month and when paid off. I have yet to see it on any of my credit reports. So if you want good customer service. Go here if you want cheaper. Find another place.

There customer service is horrible. I have dealt with Aarons for years (this one for 3). I have never been late on a payment in fact usually paid my things off early. The first time being late on a payment they treat you horribly. They don't care how many years you have been with them and made payments on time. They were very sarcastic and rude. I was in shock by the way they would treat such a loyal customer the first time the're late. My husband and I both have great credit and can go anywhere. We only chose Aarons because it's quick, convenient, and because we have dealt with them for so long. I will never purchase another item from them again. You would think they would be a little nicer to their loyal customers. I strongly recommend using a different Aaron's.
