Customer reviews
This store is now the local "drop point" for Amazon returns. I walked in yesterday for first time and literally choked, the smell of marijuana was so bad. The gentleman working said it was the smoke shop next door. OK BUT... why are you sharing ventilation and, how/why would anyone rent furniture from a store that is absorbing the smell of Marijuana. 🤢 Gag!
If I could give 0 I would. A auto payment didn't work so my wife called tot try and make the same payment over the phone the manager grabbed an attitude and refused to run the same payment amount they tried to pull out because we had to transfer money over from savings side. The manger refused and wanted $100 over the original amount they tried to pull out. The manger stated since we were not going to pay the $100 over she was going to call the police and say it was stolen merchandise. We will never do business with this rent a center ever again. AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU CAN.
Super rude, I called to pay and the lady stated we owed 135 when they had just tried to take out 40. She was very disrespectful over the phone and was threatening to file charges because I couldnt pay 135. Our online account even showed the 40. I will never do business with this store again. Ive had done business in the past with a different store but by far this is the most disrespectful people out there.
Great store great customer service great prices and quality. Very easy to work with very helpful people.
I called on the phone other day and spoke to a young man with the name of Landon he had awesome customer service and was super helpful in helping me find exactly what i wanting thank you RAC for having such an outstanding employee with a great head on his shoulders.
Was told there was nothing wrong with the washer and dryer even though they were used… but there was. Paid for a week even though I didn’t even really get to use it. Just not sure if I’ll come back after to get other stuff. They did offer a loaner dryer and did get the washer fixed. I think they just need to check stuff out before selling it super high.
