I was so happy to go check out some living rooms and other furniture but came out very disappointed the manager and one of their employees were very rude. I tried asking questions and even asked for help but the girl just kept cleaning and did not help me at all in fact I believe I was bothering her. She looked pretty annoyed she did not help me look for what I needed I didn’t get her name but l wilo definitely get it she was very very unhelpful and so was their manager. They have very bad customer service not friendly at all. This store needs nicer employees for sure. They do not make you feel welcome especially this girl and the manager.

I have been dealing with them the last 10 years. As a single mom with no credit, they have been life savers. Sure problems arise, but they always fix them !!!

Customer service is great. Unfortunately I bought a sofa 3 months ago and it is soooo cheap! It makes noises when we sit down. The wood moves… meaning that it was not assembled! We feel when the wood starts to get lose little by little. We spent 1500+ on a sofa that is going to break under 5 months. Will never buy from here again, furniture is very poorly made!

Worst customer service and experience buying a appliance. The “manager” lack of communication and professional skills. Typical small town syndrome. I ended up going to Lowe’s where I paid $45 more but free delivery and no BS.

Place is a rip off. 2 year contract for couches that cost 1,200 @ 128 per month. You pay double and the buy out is still 700. So we've payed so far 1,500 for one year and they still want another 700 for early buy out? Crooks!
