NaKya was amazinggg! She helped me design a living room bundle that I love. She was very polite, friendly, and uplifting. I will only be dealing with her from further on! Definitely a refreshing face to this location!
Larry was the one who helped us, was very nice, and extremely patient even though we took forever to pick our items out and had changed what we wanted multiple times
My husband and I have rented from Aaron’s 2 times now. Larry is amazing , Kip is wonderful, the other guy that works there is rude as hell I think he said his name is block? Everytime I talk to him I get nothing but attitude. I paid my bill this morning, I made a two week payment my account is set up monthly but I told them I can only pay two weeks at a time, the guy I spoke with (not the rude one) said he would get my account fixed to every two weeks. Great. I get a call this afternoon and it’s the rude guy I missed his call so I called him back and he asked if we were still coming to see him today I told him I made a payment this morning and he just hung up in my face. That’s not the first time he’s done it. This will be our last time doing business with them.
Because it’s stupid how you come down to Conway expecting to take your mower home today and you end up not being able to because I had a policy and didn’t say anything yesterday to me and I waste gas so the review stands
This will be my 5th rental from Aaron's. I love them. Their customer service is better than I expected. Their employees are so nice and respectful. Very professional company. I highly recommend them.
I rented 2 TELEVISIONS from arons 2yrs.ago,I finished paying for them with no missed payments,2year contract,soon as my contract was over,2 3 months later my 65' cut off I turned it back on,it went out and never came back on,I ask about my contract,they said once I paid the contract out,it's on me,I asked is there a technician available they said nooo technician here,smiling,so I said,what now,they said nothing they can do,I will never buy,rent or get anything from them ever again,I'm a Veteran,I never owned a 65" in my life,my money limited and for them to just take it like that,HELL NO"!! I LOOKED over the contract about the t.v. it supposed to last at least 7,10yrs. Brand new,they said it was new when I bought it, I never dropped, bumped,are anything,was watching Maury show,it went off,I turned it on, it went out again and never came back on,so,they sold me USED T.V.,and sold them to me like they was new,I ask can they make it right, smirking man say can't do anything,,,,,ANYTHANG,,,I WANT REFER ANY OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS ARE FRIENDS TO THIS COMPANY EEVVVEERRR,AGAIN,,,,,0 STARS,0 RATTING,from 1-10 they get 00000000,ZEROO,,,IVE BEEN HOODWIGGED,BAMBOOZLED,LED ASTRAY, FOOLED,THIS HOW I FEEL ABOUT THEM NOT TRYING TO MAKE IT RIGHT,,,,,:UP DATE/ Still getting the run around about my T.V.,,,IM BEING BLOWED OFF, IM a Veteran and my television was my getaway,from visions of past trama,trials,tribulations,can't see Maury,or wheel of fortune,,it's not right,I'm a loyal customer and they never had a problem out of me,NOT ONCE until now,,,,And it's necessary that it has to be addressed,,,,
