And give friendly reminder about your payment coming up or if it’s late. Also the store is clean and you can see the floor furniture in real time so u can know if it’s your style. I called about 2 to 3 weeks ago about a bed, they said it was being ordered for us and when I called 3 weeks later due to them not contacting us within a week. Our account can't be located and now if I want to do business with them I will need to make a new account. Not reliable for product needs.

I ordered my 12000 BTU window a/c yesterday evening, and the next day at 11am it was delivered to my home. I’ve got pets and with this sweltering heat outside, I was in a panic. The two delivery guys kept me posted, and were very professional and polite!

This store and Andy have helped me more in a few months than El Centro store has at all. I have been a non stop customer since 2016 starting in Brawley. This indio store treats me like a valued customer. Kindness, respect and oh so helpful.

They are the worst. They do not communicate within their own company. The company says they want to work with you and help but they can't even document notes of change to your account. Literally anytime you speak to someone you have to explain yourself over and over. I. Can't wait to be done paying them off. I will never go back and I will never recommend this buisness to family friends or coworkers.
