Their process is inconvenient and takes way too much time also it's way cheaper to just wait a month or two and save to buy outright finance charges are way too much
The men are very professional and respectful.We get greeted at the door when we enter. You get the best deal for your money worth. And give friendly reminder about your payment coming up or if it’s late. Also the store is clean and you can see the floor furniture in real time so u can know if it’s your style. The delivery is quick clean and friendly. With a phone call before they get to your home and I really like that. I mean What more would you want!?💯💯💯💯🙌🙌🙌👏👏
I called about 2 to 3 weeks ago about a bed, they said it was being ordered for us and when I called 3 weeks later due to them not contacting us within a week. Our account can't be located and now if I want to do business with them I will need to make a new account. Not reliable for product needs.
I ordered my 12000 BTU window a/c yesterday evening, and the next day at 11am it was delivered to my home. I’ve got pets and with this sweltering heat outside, I was in a panic. The two delivery guys kept me posted, and were very professional and polite!
This store and Andy have helped me more in a few months than El Centro store has at all. I have been a non stop customer since 2016 starting in Brawley. This indio store treats me like a valued customer. Kindness, respect and oh so helpful.
