They brought me the wrong couch I waited almost a month for I had to keep calling to see or hear any information on it I will never ever do that again they use to be amazing but I have not bought anything in a few years from there. I will take my $25 dollar loss because I already know that they won’t give it back to me so watch out what you buy! I got home exhausted and excited from work to find out it’s the wrong couch…

I walked in, and immediately one of the managers, (I think his name was Dave, or David?) he was super friendly and so helpful!! The two delivery men were also great as well, helped me get my dryer on the same day and made sure it worked before they left!

The district manager Steven is VERY RUDE. Called and tried to talk to him about my account he was so unprofessional over talking me and wasn't listening to anything I had to say. Waiting to hear from his boss and if no improvement I will be sending my item back to them . Wouldn't recommend renting from this place at all. Very unprofessional...

Refused myself service when I’m trying to pay cash. Said they weren’t my store and I had to conduct business with a location that’s never open passed 3pm worst people ever
Manager is RUDE!!! I’ve completed multiple leases with this location and she’s always been hard to deal with. THIS time though was ridiculous, trying to have me pay for something a relative didn’t return when my name was NOT on the lease agreement and when I refused they came and picked up the merchandise I had. Not to mention when they originally delivered my merchandise the delivery guys were talking about it being 4/20 and how they were going to be smoking down, all infront of my 8 year old daughter. Do what ya wanna do but keep it professional when delivering on the job. Will NEVER return to this place, I’d suggest rent a center. The lack of professionalism at this place is ridiculous!!
