We came in about 2 years ago after trying to go through other rent to own places. Chad the main man was able to help us out after we were in desperate need of a few things. After our first purchase of our tv we came back for others. We have gotten a couch, washer and dryer from them. The professional quality of the sales team and delivery team are remarkable. David is our main man for delivery, sales and even tech issues. This is the best store to go to if you want personalized professional services. I will always be a repeat customer for life!

We came in about 2 years ago after trying to go through other rent to own places. Chad the main man was able to help us out after we were in desperate need of a few things. After our first purchase of our tv we came back for others. We have gotten a couch, washer and dryer from them. The professional quality of the sales team and delivery team are remarkable. David is our main man for delivery, sales and even tech issues. This is the best store to go to if you want personalized professional services. I will always be a repeat customer for life!

I definitely give this store a 5 star I've been dealing with them years Chad Yancy is the BEST he definitely knows how to talk and deal with customers he do his complete best and he is very honest individual. Thanks so much Chad. Most rental companies I've dealt with don't care about nothing but money its different here.

I love this store... zsmart in dowagiac mi. Chad & all the workers are great people... we have been doing business with Chad for years now... dowagiac zsmart is the best... the have been amazing 👏... they help you out with all you needs all the time. They are always very nice... they have amazing customers service... thanks so much for David & Joe for the fast delivery of our stove today. Great customer service fast and easy delivery!
