EDITED: I received the loaner washer the night I submitted this review. I received my washer back within 2 weeks. I was not charged for any repairs on my washer. I received a call from Jeremy today 5/9 and he apologized for everything and asked that I make sure it was known that the washer was fixed and had been brought back. He also told me to reach out to him if I felt like the other team members were not listening. Thank you for resolving this issue. I'm incredibly frustrated with the way this store has handled my washer repair. I first started calling on February 9th and was told by Brittany I'd receive a call back. I didn't. I called again on the 11th and was again told by Brittany I would receive a call back. Again, I didn't. I called on the 14th and spoke with Jeff who FINALLY scheduled the look at/pick up for the 23rd and if the washer was picked up, then I would be scheduled for a loaner in a couple of days. Steve picked up my washer and was amazing. He was kind and professional. After Steve picked up the washer, I never heard from anyone about scheduling a loaner to be dropped off. I waited a couple of days and called on the 27th and spoke to Karen. She scheduled a loaner to be dropped off on the 6th. On the 6th, I never received the loaner washer nor did I receive a phone call explaining or rescheduling a drop off. I called on the 7th and spoke with Jeff. It was later in the day and he advised that Karen was in the Lawrenceburg off but since it was so late in the afternoon I should probably just call her on Monday in the Columbia office. I called on Monday the 9th and spoke to Karen who transferred me to Jeremy. Jeremy told me that if the problem with the washer was due to overloading I would be responsible for 25% of the repair charges. I told him the problem wasn't due to overloading but that I have no problem paying 25% of the repair if it was due to anything I did. He told me that he would let Karen know to schedule a loaner drop off. Karen scheduled a loaner drop off for Friday the 13th. I never received a washer nor a phone call. I called today the 16th and attempted to tell Jeff or Jeremy, I'm not sure which one because my phone was going in and out, about my frustration. I was nice and never raised my voice. I was told not to be mad at them because they were trying to help me. A couple things bothered me when I was told this. 1. I had only given my name 2. I had only said my call was about a loaner washer. I wasn't given tome to explain why I was incredibly frustrated nor were there any apologies offered for the crap dealt with for over a month. The washer finally arrived at 7:36 pm. It was Steve and a trainee who were both awesome and gave me the courtesy of allowing me to vent my frustration while they hooked up the washer. They were amazing. At 8:03 I began washing the first load of clothes that have been washed in my house in over a month. Steve and his trainee were awesome. Steve deserves a raise. But, I am disappointed in the rest of the team I dealt with.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with at Aaron’s. We were told the ONLY issue with the lawnmower was that it didn’t have a hood. We agreed to that, spent our own money to replace it, and thought we were getting a working machine. From the moment it was delivered, it hasn’t worked. It won’t even start. We were told it was “probably bad gas” from the previous customer—over a month later, that excuse clearly doesn’t hold up. Since then, we’ve been given empty promises: Told someone would come fix it — never happened Told we’d get a replacement — never happened Told to contact the general manager anytime — he ignored calls and eventually blocked my number So now we’re stuck paying for something that doesn’t work, with zero accountability or follow-through from the store. This isn’t just poor service—it’s straight-up misleading and irresponsible. If you’re thinking about renting or buying from here, save yourself the stress and go somewhere that actually stands behind what they sell.

I am so glad that I found out my daughter was about to rent a tv from these people!!! After she told me the experience she had, all the BS they put her through (which I will not go into at the moment)and the almost 1000 dollars they were trying to charge for a 50 inch tv, I told her to cancel it and went to Walmart and just purchased her a 50in tv. She could have purchased 4 tvs with the price they were trying to charge her! My daughter is young but she has a mother that is well seasoned and definitely not going! Its good i found out before they delivered it because if I had found out after they would have been coming right back to pick it up!

I never make complaints about businesses but this one in particular is ridiculous!! I'm so glad that my things are almost paid off with them!! I will never work with them again! I have been asking for my dryer door to be screwed back on for OVER 6 months after being lied to numerous times AND I DO MEAN NUMEROUS TIMES PEOPLE HAVE TOLD ME THEY WERE COMING OUT TO FIX IT AND NEVER SHOWED UP SIX SEVEN TIMES MAYBE AND I HAVE TALKED TO EVERY MANAGER THAT I CAN POSSIBLY TALK TO AT THIS PLACE EVEN WALKED INTO THE LAWRENCEBURG STORE AND HAD THEM CALL ON MY BEHALF months later they finally send two workers out without even having a screwdriver and said we have to take your dryer I said I already told y'all you may not take my dryer unless I have a replacement I have five children I cannot let laundry build up like that. I work 40 hours a week. I called last Tuesday when they took my dryer and ask them when I would have a replacement I was then towed I would get a call back I never did I called back the next day they were working on it and would give me a call back yet again they never called me back the weekend comes I called them on Monday I speak with someone they said they're going to have the manager get back with me never called me it is now going on Tuesday again no dryer no replacement dryer and absolutely no contact from Aaron's who keeps telling me they will call me back. This is the worst and I do mean worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life I cannot believe the treatment.

I visited the store today, with a purchase in mind. I met Karen and explained my interest in a few items. She was fantastic. She was detailed in the explanations. The pros and cons of everything. She was genuinely concerned about my interests. She should be an educator and trainer for customer service. Top notch. I would give 10 stars. Thank you, Karen. I feel confident with my purchase.
