If I could give this locations a negative score I would! They aren’t even worth the one star but I was forced to do it to proceed….. Apparently the employees at this establishment like to scream and be rude and ignorant to elderly people who haven’t missed a payment and has been paying since 2024. There is no respect and no common curtesy. If you can not hold yourself together with some dignity and respect then find a job where you don’t have to do customer service. It’s not okay and I’m expecting it not to happen again. PS corporate is above you and can over ride you and what you do and say!

The gentleman that delivered my lift recliner, was the sweetest man. Very polite. Very knowledgeable of what he was doing. I probably talk his ear off but he was the sweetest. Hardworker

This place a joke the manager is so unprofessional he adv me that he had took papers out on me when I paid off the junk he sold me it was for alower a amt but I check with the court system never was any paper work took out on me and my room mate return what we had from them and I paid off the living room stuff at a lower amt how ever I by the time I did I had paid over two grand on a living room set per cooperate it is fine I owe them nothing I have all of this recorded. On my phone. Stay away from this store he is very disrespectful he all do said I move how ever the head office was adv befour I move it so I am good I got what I was going back to him for do not want to never do business with aarons again

I have two Apple products from here and they’re amazing. IMAC & MacBook Air. I also love my new captain sofa and chair. The only complaint is that the material seems really thin, otherwise a very SOLID set!

EDIT: Just got a follow up call from a man in which the woman in the background was laughing & saying “she’s talking about me hahaha” when I stated I’m no longer willing to do business with them due to her conduct. Then they followed it up with “I can’t believe someone got nasty with you!” Well guess what, it’s recorded, my mother decided it be a good thing to do once she heard how nasty the woman (Whitney I believe) was being to me. On what planet do you think good business is laughing at someone who has a broken rotator cuff & is currently out of work waiting for disability? I wish I could give this store zero stars. Highly recommend ordering your couch through Afterpay or another ordering system. They are much INCLINED to work with you. Precious post: Called in advance to request a payment extension due to me being out of work from a dislocated shoulder & broken rotator cuff. Was told they’d get back to me by Friday. Received a call today from Whitney (I believe was her name) because my payment was late & I advised I had called to work something out days ago. I was told since I didn’t have Aaron’s plus or whatever (it was never offered to me) the best she could offer is a partial payment this month. When I told Whitney I don’t know if I’ll be needing surgery or not until Monday & that other bills need to come first, she lost it. She said that she is not inclined to work with me since I am treating their business like it doesn’t matter. I simply was stating my rent, wifi, electric, phone etc need to come first as I work from home. (Really shouldn’t have had to explain any of this) This is when Whitney stated yelling “SO YOU ARE WORKING RIGHT NOW THEN” in which I said no maam but when I get approved to work again those things needs to be taken care of. Due to this interaction alone, I will not be continuing with Aaron’s. Last thing someone should have to worry about it a couch being paid when I just had thousands of dollars of medical care given to me.
