I have never bought anything from them nor would I the staff is so unprofessional it’s not my fault they don’t know how to do there jobs I am getting harassed by this company even though I have let them know that the person no longer lives at this address we moved in 1 month ago I don’t know this person or have any information for them I don’t get off work until 4 am and because they lost there stuff I’m having to lose out on sleep

Miss one payment n tell them the date you get paid when you do it and they say no at this point

Not very friendly or welcoming staff at all. Then its Wednesday and they cannot deliver a tv until next Monday which I think is ridiculous. Then we could pick it up if it was 55inches or smaller but its 75 inches so they wont allow it. Customer service needs a negative 1. Not happy at all unfortunately.

I went to this location to purchase a washer and dryer set, and we were looking at a Samsung model. This was Tuesday or Wednesday. The employee informed us that they had a used model that they could discount for us and get it to us sooner, and they were just waiting for pictures of it. We were excited and I put down a $200 deposit and they told us they would let us know about the photos of the unit by the end of the day. Days go by and we don’t hear anything. I finally head back up to the location to see what is going on, and I was informed that not only did they not have the used set, they had known about it for two days and had not bothered to let us know. At this point, I was incredibly uncomfortable with the lack of communication and I asked for my deposit back. Then I was informed that they could not give me my deposit back for an hour, until they either got the money from another customer or went to the bank. Thankfully it was only 20-30 minutes before I was able to get my deposit back but I will NEVER do business with Aaron’s ever again. I took my money to Conns and they were more than happy to give me a better unit at a cheaper price than Aaron was offering me for a set that didn’t have as many features. (The Samsung 7.5 set not the 4.4 set I originally looked at). Do yourself and your wallet a favor, GO TO CONNS.
