This branch took money from our account even though we canceled our order before ever scheduling a delivery for anything om the same day as our application. They were unable to meet the delivery window we needed and yet they kept things active and took money from our accounts. Pending some kind of response and refund.

The female manager at Rent a Center McCravy Drive Spartanburg SC falsely believes that you only can make payments by how often that you're paid. Meaning if you got paid once a year then you can only make one payment a year. She seems to believe that things like Leukemia or divorce (I've experienced both) that can cause bad credit means that you are trashy because you're using them to purchase anything. Rent A Center apparently has a low view of people who want to use their services. It seems that they aren't concerned with customer service. My experience they literally will attempt to make a human being feel awful because they are a cancer survivor. Think about that for a minute. Is that who you want to do business with?

Ava absolutely unprofessional hung the phone up before I could even finish asking the questions I needed too unprofessional and aggressive I should have read the reviews before I even tried with them. How do you approve someone set up payment plans and have contracts signed and then turn around and say because you live with someone else that you want them on the loan as well when your entire approval was based on you and you alone why in the world would I put someone else’s name on a loan when I’d be solely responsible for it. I have income and credit and everything else I needed to get approved online but because I live in a home with family they have to add someone else to the loan makes zero sense
