(2017) Clearly dont know how to answer a phone, ive called literally 10 times now to make a payment. (2024) years later management is horrid. Matt up front was super helpful and informative but management was just plain rude and unprofessional. Going back to Aaron's in Salem off Lancaster where they treat me like a customer. I only tried here again because they were closest to me. Aarons on Lancaster actually lets me take my stuff with me and not have to wait forever to get delivered. Also, management was extremely rude about me cancelling my order when she was the original reason why I did proving more why I should continue to cancel. She said she was the new manager, I think they should try again. Update: its 8 am and they arent even open yet spam calling me about my missed payment two days ago. They called me the day of and yesterday too! Absolutely ridiculous and makes me not want to come back. Its just consistent bad experiences with Aarons. Really hate this place.
Aarons Albany OR they are horrible in every aspect, got a couple double matresses from them payed on it for ayear and my balance was still the same as when I started, called them one pf their reps said that one mattress was paid off reason for the same amount being what it was which didnt make sense , but then get other information from their store manager and conveniently the rep I spoke to that told me one was paid off was no longer there , I will never reccomend this establishment and if you value your money STAY AWAY ! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER !
These guys are straight up liars first they say you can get started for a penny but then they say I can’t pick up my product until I make my first payment which was today so I went in to make my payment and then they tell me that they have to deliver it on Tuesday. I’ve already been waiting for days. They straight lied to me and said I could come pick it up on Friday when I made my payment, but then when I get there to pick it up, they say I can’t have it. They have to deliver it places a joke they were gonna charge me $2600 for $500 laptop never going to this place again they suck you in get you hooked and screw you over. They pray on people who don’t have enough money to go buy things new worst store ever especially the Albany store bunch of losers.
I bought a peice of furniture from Aarons in Albany. I have been a costemer for over ten years. They go through managers alot. The furniture i bought broke. I contacted Aarons after two weeks i hadbto recontavt them again. Two servicemen showed up andntook a picture of the broken part. They told me the store manager would contact me. After almostb4 weeks go by no contact. I had 3 payments left. I called the store and asked what are you doing to fix or replace the unit. They said they are having a hard time getting parts they will get back to me 2 more weeks went by no contact. I called again and asked what was going on. This problem continues until the furnitue is payed for that means at least 2 months have gone by. I even left a message with costomer service and said they would contact me after three weeks he finally called. Then when he called the GM of the store the GM gave him a diffrent story and put me on a hot seat in the threenway call. I told them i wanted a piece of furniture to put in its place of equal value. TWICE NOW. They tell.me they will.call me back by tomorrow. I dont think they will They do not call back. There is no comunication. They do not fix or replace units like they say. They do not call you back until you call them. do not waist your time with this store. They only talk to you
People don't get anything used here. They don't clean the furniture when it comes back threw. My dog found drugs in a couch threw them. Animal hospital bill of 2300 bucks. then they just want to lie about having it cleaned. They laugh at you saying it wasn't from them but have eight kids in the house only thing that new in my home and same night my dog gets drugged humm.. then they continue to call you months after asking if you need any furniture after you repeated told them to stop calling have blocked numbers five times now look at me going filling out a restraining order out for shanna because you all won't leave me alone
Just a couple minutes ago I had an employee come to my door and knock a couple times. I didn’t answer the door as I was busy with my kids at the moment but as I was walking towards the door the employee twisted my door knob trying to just come inside. Absolutely unprofessional to say the least not to mention their site says they don’t open until 10am and it was only 9:30am
