Aaron's

Aaron's mission statement says," the mission is clear: to make business processes easier, faster, and smarter by developing powerful, in-house software solutions that solve real world challenges. Aaron's mission is to provide our customers with top quality name brand products through affordable lease ownership plans." Is that what we were met with? Absolutely not. They were very disrespectful not once, not twice, but on three different occasions. Even the manager was disrespectful to us, and kept making excuses for the workers. I do not recommend Aaron's in Corbin. They told us it would be $120 a month for a PS5, and then when we said that was out of the price range and asked for help, she told us that "I just priced the same for this man over here." And was overall very disrespectful not only to us but, to my family. They were all around rude, disrespectful, and genuinely almost was critical of us being short on money. With it being holidays and helping others, everyone should be understanding of that instead of shutting us down with, "I just priced this man." I don't recommend the Aaron's in Corbin Kentucky at all. If I knew the managers name personally, I would tell her just the same. She should be more mindful of the people she's hiring and even when we ask for the manager, there's a reason for that. I am severely disappointed in their behavior, we are supposed to be a "gold star customer" but is this how gold star customers get treated? Is this how we are supposed to get helped? Did you know that Aaron's name was derived from the word ahran, which means exhausted or mountain of strength. The Aaron's is Corbin Kentucky is anything but a mountain of strength. They are disrespectful, rude, dishonest, and overall a terrible Aaron's to trust and to go to.

Upon ordering our appliances during the delivery our the brand new refrigerator was scratch all to heck... and thez scratched the floor. Months later our account was changed over the phone by someone not noted on our account! Whi was supposed to take over the payments.. yet 2 month our FULL bill was raken out in autopsy! Which was not approved! HOW CAN SOMEONE NOT ON YOUR ACCOUNT SWITCH PRODUCTS AND MAKE AUTIPAY FOR MORE THAN YOUR MONTHLY BILL!!

Bought a computer for my wife from Corbin Aaron's it stopped working 3 months before I paid it off dropped it off at corbin to be sent off for repair they waited until it was paid off to send it to be fixed. Called them to get a update they told me it wasn't able to be fixed due a pest problem in the computer. When it has been sitting in their store for almost 3 months they not once called and said anything about pest and fun fact I have orken come out every month and have had them for the last 4 years not once have I seen a bug or rodent in my house.

I got a living room set 190 a month paid 286 at the time, ordered a bed for my son paid 197 it never came in in 3 weeks from order so canceled it. I was refunded the money for the bed, since poor customer service i told them to pick up the living room set they couldn’t do it until the next week. So my thought is 190 from 286 would be my refund well i got 10 out of it! I will never do business with Aarons again!! If you do good luck!
