I entered the Rent-A-Center located at 1019 Cumberland falls hwy and immediately felt welcomed. The store was very clean and an awesome song was playing over the intercom. A woman by the name of Sierra G was absolutely the best help in getting me what I wanted. She was very helpful answering all my questions, explaining how the whole procedure was gonna go down… I also had some assistance from Matt and Austin. They also answered some question that I had and directed me to the best solution. So overall I give this place and my service a 10/10

Barbourville how do I even start this review. You all are awesome!! The communication you have with people the pride and compassion you take to make sure each individual customer is satisfied. I just want to take a minute to Say Thank you to each employee there. They have always helped me ..no matter what questions I’ve ever had they have been gracious and kind and never made me feel belittled when I didn’t know what I was looking at or asking about!! Boys Thank you for always being the best!!!

This team is amazing! I moved from another state, they got my account transferred quickly. And also helped me find what my kids and I needed to get settled into our new place. Delivery was amazing too! They installed what needed to be and everything. I can say they are amazing group of people.

Sierra from the Corbin KY office was awesome. She made it possible for me to use a voucher from a washer dryer set that I was buying before n let go back towards a different set when I needed it most. But she ran into a snag after calling around to a few of there other stores she couldn't find the set I wanted but that didn't stop her it took her a couple days of calling there other stores and ended up calling my original store from back home n she lucked out! They are awesome at this store n make sure there customers are happy with what they are getting. There delivery n set up team were just as cool n helpful.
