I was in Aaron's yesterday relaxing in one of the lounge chairs, waiting to speak with Antonio whom was promptly addressing customers there before me, naturally. I was really impressed by how kind he was to one particular customer who expressed a need for accommodation. In fact sitting in that lounger, watching Antonio handle a simple discretion request, in a manner that, I felt like I was watching a commercial right there. As prior lease to own "clientbase" after bankruptcy with completed contracts, Antonio spent time to not alone make reasonable accommodations suitable to the norms, he actually reinforced the customers ability to meet the expectation. Went out of his way to lift his spirits. I did tell him right away the same thing and then he went out to my car to return the flat screen, I just haven't used. I appreciated no cost and his courtesy. Stood out because not normal. Antonio deserves a raise.
A zero star. Poor customer service!!ordered a sectional and this is how it came delivered. Delivery guy said they would have someone come out to finish putting it together with the missing part. Never heard back. Called on June 7,2025 and spoke to an associate who asked to email l pics so I did. Again didn’t hear back. I called back and same associate said that he would talk to the GM as there were issues getting that part. Never heard back so again I called. On July 15th spoke with the GM around 5:00Pm and he stated that there was issues ordering the part and would replace that piece of the sectional. He said he would order it end of conversation. GM called back 5 minutes later and said it would be in on July 31st and to call. Called in July 31 around 11:30 am no one answered so I called on August 1 and there is not even any notes about any of my conservations with anyone!! The associate and manger who spoke with me were super unhelpful and stated nothing has came in. So here I am two months later paying full price for a darn sectional that comes apart. There has been no resolution to any of my issues. Very poor customer service if you ask me. Take your business elsewhere!!!!
STAY AWAY!! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION. Filled out an online application and got denied. My credit score is a 706, went it and was never greeted nor acknowledge. Not even is their a can I help you when I went to the front desk and got an attitude from the lady who looked like she didn't want to be there. So I kept my positive energy and left. Now the Carlisle location is one to work with even though it's not in my area. Word of advise to the manager. DONT HIRE PEOPLE THAT DONT WANT TO WORK AND ARE ONLY THERE FOR THAT CHECK. If your passionate about working in a place that deals with people then yes. But really, someone needs to properly train theses employees at this location about customer service.
I got a used freezer from this location and not even two weeks into having it I lost 250 dollars worth of meat when I went in was told I had to make a payment I did. Was told a technician would call me to fix it if it couldn’t be fixed we would go from there. I was talking to a manager. Then lay Friday got a call cause my payment didn’t go threw. My payment wasn’t due yet I brought it up as it was a week since I was still waiting for a call from a technician. Was told that they would get back to me never heard back I called every day since and no answer no call back. I called today finally talked to someone still no reason as to why I haven’t gotten a techno out. So I told them to pick the freezer up. Now I’m out a freezer and 250 in meat this is ridiculous. Friday will be 3 weeks. Very dissatisfied
Ever since they got new employees and new store manager this Aaron's has improved dramatically from what it used to be . Before the new employees I used to get repeat calls about a payment due that I already made or they would double charge me and I'd have to call repeatedly to undo what they did. PRESENT DAY; this store is amazing the manager came from another store and she does an exceptional job and the workers under her from what I've seen do a great job. I enjoy my visits when I do visit this location.
